WHO IS ELIGIBLE: Swimmers with “A”, times or above. If you qualify for the meet, there will be
additional events you may enter. These are called “open lane swims”. They cost
$5.00 each.
HOW TO SIGN UP: Reply to this emailed
meet packet. Please indicate up to 4 individual events each day, plus a
relay. For more information on
signing up, please see the example below. Your
coach may modify or add events to your entries.
COST:
There are no costs associated with this meet, however, a fine of $7.50
per day will be assessed to those who sign up and fail to attend.

Hubert Olson Middle School, 4551 West 102nd Street, Bloomington MN. From
494W go South & East to France Avenue. Go South on France Avenue to 102nd.
Take a right, go past Jefferson High School. Olson Middle School is the next
school on the left.

To sign swimmers up for meets, hit
REPLY to the e-mailed meet packet the swimmer would like to swim in. Type in
the swimmer name the number and name of the event from page 2 of this packet
that they would like to swim. Then press send. Example:

If you can not reply to the meet
packet email please put the name of the meet in the subject box and then email
the information to hopkinsswimclub@gmail.com
(There can be times we are working on four different meets on at one time, by
having the name of the meet in the subject field it is easier to keep all of
the different meets and the entries organized.)
When the meet entries list is sent
out, please always check to see that your swimmer is on the list and they are
entered in the correct events. If there are any errors, reply to the email
ASAP.
