Team Foxjet Winter Classic “A/B+” Invitational Swim Meet

WHO IS ELIGIBLE: Swimmers who have achieved “B+ or better” times listed in the meet events attached to this sheet, and non “B+” swimmers who will swim in our relays. Swimmers entered in the meet may swim in additional events if there is an open lane. The splash fee is $5.00 per event for these swims. Ask your coach if you are uncertain of your participation in this meet. Call 612-621-5495 for more information. Swimmers without “B+” times: please indicate if you are interested in swimming in a relay by replying to this email indicating which days you are available.

HOW TO SIGN UP: Reply to this emailed meet packet. 11-12, 13-14, and 15/Older are limited to three (3) individual events per day. 9-10,and 8/Under are limited to 4 individual events per day, not including relays, and a swimmer may swim open lane swims but they count as part of the total number of events in the meet. Please input your time next to each entry. Your coach may modify your entries. If you do not know your times, please contact your coach for more information, or call 612-621-5495. Follow the directions in the box below. (Entries late may not be accepted.)

To sign swimmers up for meets, Hit REPLY to the e-mailed meet packet the swimmer would like to swim in. Type in the swimmer name the number and name of the event they would like to swim. Then press send. Example:

If you can not reply to the meet packet email please put the name of the meet in the subject box and then email the information. (There can be times we are working on four different meets on at one time, By having the name of the meet in the subject field it is easier to keep all of the different meets and the entries organized.)

When the meet entries list is sent out. Please always check to see that your swimmer is on the list and theyare entered in the correct events. If there are any errors, reply to the email ASAP.
